Colorado Springs Executive office space at the Downtown Executive Center, provides a professionally structured business and support services environment. Rental arrangements combine a package of office accommodations, amenities and services for one reasonable monthly fee.

This includes a private office or small suite of offices, a receptionist to greet callers, a telephone secretary to receive and route calls during normal business hours, and professional office management.

Telephones, high-speed Internet access, incoming mail service, coffee, furniture, and parking are available. Clients share a welcoming reception area, professionally appointed conference rooms, kitchen and other common areas.

Our Colorado Springs commercial office space comes with amenities many others don't offer.  

Copier

Our copier provides excellent copies both in letter and legal sizes.  The machine will reduce and enlarge and you may use your own letterhead if desired.  There is also a bin sorter for larger projects.  All copies are 10 cents each.  If you are a high volume business, we do make special agreements for over 1,000 copies per month.  

Fax Machine

Material is transmitted or received immediately.  Volume discounts are also available.

  • Both incoming and outgoing faxes are $.25 per page
  • Many customers ask if they should use their own fax or use ours.  Here are a few points to consider in your decision process:
    • Since a line from Qwest averages $45.00/month, you would have to send or receive more than 90 pages per month just to offset the cost of the line.
    • The cost of your machine.
    • The cost of supplies.

Fitness Room

For your convenience, we have a fitness room located on the 3rd floor equipped with a treadmill and free weights.

Additional Services

We have designed our services with you in mind and hope that you find it helpful and productive.  We also have supplied a soda machine in the lobby and coffee service in each kitchen for you and your guests.  Our commitment is to "spoil you with service".

Due to high demand, we now offer use of our conference rooms for non-tenants.  With 72-hour notice, conference rooms can be rented for $50.00 up to 2 hours, or $150.00 per day.
